Dear Potential Customer (Let's Get Started)...

I am a landscaper and that's what I do. It is the only thing I know how to do well enough to make a living and create something beautiful out of nothing or modify your existing landscape. When I started on my journey I was a 19 year old idiot just looking for a job and I ended up working at a retail garden center. My job description was loosely defined but basically revolved around helping customers load up their cars with mulch, topsoil, plants, trees, etc. which was a lot of fun. During that 12 month time I learned about various trees & shrubs and how they grew in certain soils, sun or shade, evergreen or deciduous and I fell in love with plants & gardens [and I have been learning more ever since.]
So, I want to get back to main reason why I am writing this and that is to apply for the position of being your landscaper. You need to know that I am not just a mere landscaper, but a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience.

In addition to being a landscaper, I have been a landscape designer (for 15 years+) that has been field trained by working off plans drawn by myself, other designers and the occasional landscape architect. All of this has been valuable, hands on working experience that has taught me to make the right decisions in the field as a foreman, a business owner and an artist working with plants, rocks, soil, water and most importantly, the customers.

Most people don't need a real fancy landscape plan and if you do I can draw one for you. You can also hire a landscape architect you will get a real nice fancy landscape plan, a big, fat invoice and you are on your own. Most landscape architects do not have my level of experience in the field. I know this from having worked from these plans as an installer on numerous occasions and always having to modify or completely change out plant material, hardscape material and/or solve drainage issues not addressed on the plans.

I have a question for you... Do you know how to do all these things and could you benefit from all my years of experience?

>So, where is this going?
Hire me, that is where it's going. Hire me to help you conceptualize the garden you have been dreaming of. I would love to work for you and I have a team of people ready to install your landscape project just the way you want it! You can utilize all my years of experience to enhance your property. So, let's talk business! If you are serious about landscaping your residential property, business or estate I do charge an initial consultation fee.

>How much does it cost?
An initial consultation is $125.00. During this time we will talk about what you want to do with your property, decide on the style (the look & feel you want to achieve), materials you want to incorporate, feasibility, a budget range that you want to work within. We can then decide to continue working together and I can work on pricing for plan development and a detailed proposal to include all phases of your project from concept to completion.

>Something to know:
You will have the eyes & ears of someone who knows and understands landscape construction and the design/build process. I have extensive knowledge of plants, drainage, irrigation, hardscapes, waterfalls, ponds, pools, accessory structures as well as the ability to put it all together and supervise every phase your project. I am the person you want to talk to and I look forward to working with you. Call me today to schedule a time to meet and start your project off on the right foot with good advice and common sense solutions from a seasoned landscape professional.
